Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their bookings subject to the following conditions:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the service start date may incur a cancellation fee.
    • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of service start) may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

       

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
    • Any applicable service or transaction fees are non-refundable.

 

3. Exceptions

Certain services or promotions may be non-refundable. Please check the specific terms at the time of booking.
